How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked for many large design and print companies throughout my career, with huge billion-dollar clients. I worked briefly at a copy shop and met tons of entrepreneurs who were there creating their own marketing materials because they thought they were saving money. With my background, I knew I could get them professionally prints pieces for much less than the color copies they were running themselves. I felt bad watching them spend so much money on materials that would do more to repel clients than attract them simply because they didn't know any better. That's when I decided I needed to reach out to them and provide better solutions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do our best to keep costs low while maintaining the highest quality. We've developed programs that allow many small businesses to pool their resources and purchase together as a large group. This buying power helps bring the costs way down. We also pride ourselves on our customer service. We check over client-supplied files and catch typos and print issues. Other print shops just run what you give them and leave the responsibility on you. I've also personally delivered last minute rush jobs at 2 in the morning to make sure my clients have what they need when they need it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a sales office / design studio, a print facility, and partnerships with larger shops to help us with specialty items or overflow work so we can keep our turn times as short as possible. We are planning to increase our digital print capabilities to allow for more short run / quick turn jobs and variable data printing.

Cash, checks, all major credit cards

We are centered around the West Chester, PA area, but have clients across the country.

We are a family-owned small business
What are your hours of operation?
Typically M-F, 9-5:30, but we are available by appointment after hours or on weekends.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
It's not so much what people say, but the excitement when they see their projects coming together. There's a big grin, excited giggle, and this weird sort of excited 'wiggle' people do when they're really happy. It doesn't matter if the client is an old lady selling crafts or a huge tough biker running a motorcycle repair shop, everybody does this when they're excited, and that's the best compliment.
